Ananda Marga Yoga Instructor  Training

 Training the instructors for yoga started with  preparing the mind, body and spirit with activities uniting all three aspects of life with

                            

different workshops to prepare the body and mind.

          

                               

Postures were practiced individually, or sometimes with a friend  like  Shivi and Shanti above.

      

Trainers were practiced in public speaking - at the deck where organic grapes hanged.

               

Walking meditation and oneness with nature as trainees and trainer reflect by the creek.

 

                              

Sweet silence under the trees painted by the fresh undulating waters from the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

                       

Proper nourishment  comes with proper preparation of  food for the body,

                 

food for the mind and food for the spirit.
